One year before marriages

The OCIA is a transformative journey, welcoming those interested in becoming Catholic. It offers a rich exploration of faith through Church teachings, fostering a deeper relationship with Christ. Participants engage in prayer, catechesis, and community, gaining a profound understanding of Catholic beliefs and sacraments. This spiritual journey culminates with the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist at the Easter Vigil. Embrace the opportunity to join a global family of faith, discovering truth, beauty, and purpose in Christ.

Order of Christian Funerals

Celebrating the Funeral of Our Dear Deceased Can Take A Number Of Forms

1. Most often we celebrate a Funeral Mass and Graveside Prayers.
2. Some families prefer a less formal remembrance, A Funeral Home Service and Graveside Prayers.
3. Occasionally families choose a Graveside Service only.
At each, we ponder the mystery of our death and resurrection in Baptism by which we are sharers in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Why a Funeral Mass?

A funeral Mass is one of the best last gifts that we can give to our loved ones, especially those who have been devout Catholics. At a Funeral Mass we express our belief in Christ’s resurrection and our hope for eternal life. We pray for both the soul of the deceased and the comfort of those who grieve for them.
